I brought my 2012 Mazda 3 in on 5/16/26 after taking it to a different auto shop and not getting the same results as my BlueDriver and this shop saved me from more unnecessary charges! The concern I was dealing with was my Steering was extremely tight and lights on my dashboard ABS control unit and when they did the diagnostic and it came back the same as my BlueDriver, I knew I was at the right place! They really listened to me and understood my concerns, gave me options and made me feel like I mattered! Their professionalism and caring, kind and family spirit made me trust my vehicle was in the best hands!! Brought in my 2001 ford ranger truck yesterday for an issue with my oil sensor switch after taking it to ford. Originally ford wanted to charge me a lucrative amount of money for labor. The switch is behind the motor and is reachable with a long socket extension. The reason I know is because there's videos on YT showing this. Anyhow, the dealership wanted to drag this out. Back to what's important, I'm happy with Tom's Auto Repair. I needed to catch a break and they gave me one. Highly recommend.
Fantastic! 5 stars is not enough! I cannot say enough good things about this place. They were phenomenal in every way. I especially appreciate the incredible customer service. The office was updating me at every imported juncture and explaining in detail what is happening and the thought process. The work, speed, and craftsmanship was of utmost standards. No one asked me to review. I gladly and readily jumped at this opportunity to brag on this wonderful establishment. I will be back for any future needs and I highly recommend!

These workers are the best! I had an emergency this morning and even though it was almost closing time they still looked over the damages done to my license plate and took care of it in less than 10 minutes and only charged me $15 which was less than the previous estimated price. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here for anything, they get the job done!!
Very rude and a low efficacy as far as fixing your vehicle. Never been treated so poorly by the staff. Ask them a follow up question because you intend to actually get the issues fixed and they respond with, “What does it matter with all the things wrong with it?” Is that what you want to hear from a mechanic that’s worth their salt? I don’t think so. Do yourself a favor and don’t allow yourself to be disrespected by these people they’re nasty.
It took them 2 weeks of fiddling with my fuel system before they figured out my engine was blown. Then for some reason I needed a new fuel pump, even though there was never an issue with the original. Then after a couple days it turns out there was a collapse line in the fuel system. The guy running this place has a short fuse and a bad attitude and their lead time to finish jobs is long
Took my Honda odyssey van to get checked out. Didn’t need any work. They explained the situation. Such a nice welcoming couple Kim and her husband. Will be be back just hope for a long time. Hahaha
