Kim was outstanding, they replaced drivers side mirror unit. They found a used one and installed it. Did a great job in minimal time. A fraction of the price the Lincoln dealership wanted. Tom's is my go to place from now on for all my automotive needs. Great job!
Andy not only helped my husband and I make our appointment on time, he actually told me how to replace the driver window control switch in our Toyota Solara convertible. Then he told me that I could save money by buying it and replacing it myself. Oh my Lord, thank you Andy for saving us almost $400. In this day and time many thanks. We love you guys. I was able to purchase the part from a great parts supplier and it only cost $80 total, as opposed the big parts houses. $269. Plus installation in the garages. Ordered and got it today and installed it myself because Andy was kind enough to teach me how on the spot when our driver window went down in freezing rain. I appreciate someone who is so kind hearted. Kim his wife is also very sweet, helpful and knowledgeable. They are the bomb. Highly recommend this place.
Only getting a star in general cause I can’t leave no stars… Had my car for over a week and a half I called for updates I was told they still looking at it. Remind you I filled out a form of what was wrong with my car. So I knew right then and there it was a lie. Got off work at 4; made it to the shop at 4:30 they said they just pulled my car into the shop. They knew exactly who I was because the lady didn’t even look at me not one time. Horrible service and full of lies most definitely do not recommend at all.

We can not argue with this customer sometimes the ball just gets dropped. In this case we closed for 10 days and the customer dropped off the car the day before we closed but we could not get to it because we were trying to get out 38 cars before we left. We just came back today and the customer did call us and since the customers ticket was no longer on the board she thought is was being worked on and that is OUR mistake. I would be upset if I were the customer all we can say is we are sorry and this probably would not of happened if we did not take the 10 days off.
